• Apply basic statistics and predictive modeling to diagnose business problems identify drivers and develop actionable recommendations.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments and quasi-experiments to measure the impact of product process and operational changes.
• Partner closely with Product Operations Engineering Customer Experience and Business teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Develop dashboards analytical frameworks and KPI/measurement strategies for supply-chain initiatives.
• Apply AI/GenAI and automation to improve analytical workflows root-cause analysis forecasting and decision-making.
• Communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data-driven storytelling.
• Collaborate across eBay analytics teams to identify opportunities spanning Shipping Seller Experience Customer Experience Search and Monetization.

• Strong foundation in statistics and analytical problem solving
• Hands-on experience with basic statistics
• Strong understanding of A/B testing experimentation and measurement
• Strong business partnership and stakeholder-management capability
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python/R
• Ability to independently translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks
• Interest or experience in AI/GenAI applications in analytics

• Experience in supply chain e-commerce or marketplace analytics
• Exposure to forecasting optimization segmentation causal inference or anomaly/root-cause analysis
• Hands-on experience with predictive modeling
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and cross-functional teams
