Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency across datasets.
- Review and validate customer-submitted data on the platform.
- Identify data inconsistencies anomalies and quality issues.
- Perform data validation checks and quality assurance procedures.
- Investigate data issues and identify root causes.
- Clean structure and prepare datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Work on multiple data quality tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data issues and business rules.
- Prepare structured data quality reports and present findings.
- Communicate insights and data issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support customers in improving data accuracy and reporting quality.
- Develop and maintain data quality documentation and processes.
- Contribute to improving data quality standards and methodologies.
- Support automation of reporting and validation processes.
- Act as a point of contact for data quality-related queries.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in data handling validation and structured reporting.
- Strong ability to identify data anomalies and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience reviewing datasets for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to perform data validation and quality checks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and task prioritization abilities.
- Experience preparing and presenting data insights.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Power BI Tableau or Excel dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and validation.
