Data Entry Executive

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Data Entry Executive at Sisco Jobs in Trichy Tamil Nadu.

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with 13 years of experience in data entry record maintenance and office documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong typing accuracy working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to maintain organized accurate and confidential records.

1. Enter and update candidate client and operational information in databases and spreadsheets.
   

2. Verify data accuracy and correct errors or duplicate records.
   

3. Maintain organized electronic files and documentation.
   

4. Prepare daily weekly and monthly data entry reports.
   

5. Use Microsoft Excel to sort filter and organize records.
   

6. Update recruitment databases and track candidate information.
   

7. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve incomplete records.
   

8. Maintain confidentiality and follow data-handling procedures.
   

• MS Excel: Ability to maintain spreadsheets apply formulas sort data and use filters.
  

• Typing Accuracy: Ability to enter large volumes of information with minimal errors.
  

• Data Validation: Knowledge of checking and correcting inconsistent records.
  

• MS Office: Familiarity with Word Excel and standard office applications.
  

• Database Management: Ability to update retrieve and organize digital records.
  

• Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
  

• Knowledge of Google Sheets and shared documents.
  

• Experience in recruitment administration or back-office operations.
  

Candidates must have 13 years of relevant experience. Experience in data entry office administration documentation or back-office operations is relevant. Familiarity with recruitment-related databases is preferred not mandatory.
