Data Entry Executive

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Data Entry Executive in Chennai Tamil Nadu for Sisco Jobs. We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with 13 years of experience in data entry documentation and digital record management. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing accuracy proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential information.

1. Enter and update information accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.
   

2. Verify data for completeness accuracy and consistency.
   

3. Maintain electronic records files and documentation.
   

4. Prepare daily and weekly data entry reports using MS Excel.
   

5. Identify and correct errors duplicate entries and missing information.
   

6. Organize and retrieve records for internal operational requirements.
   

7. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
   

8. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies.
   

• MS Excel: Enter sort filter and organize spreadsheet data.
  

• Typing Accuracy: Perform data entry efficiently with minimal errors.
  

• Data Validation: Verify information and identify discrepancies.
  

• MS Office: Work with Word Excel and other office applications.
  

• Record Management: Maintain structured and retrievable digital records.
  

• Familiarity with Google Sheets and cloud-based spreadsheets.
  

• Experience using CRM ERP or data management software.
  

• Basic understanding of Excel formulas and reporting.
  

Candidates must have 13 years of work experience. Relevant backgrounds include data entry back-office operations documentation or administrative data processing. Experience handling large datasets and maintaining accurate records is preferred.
