The Opportunity:

Objectives/Purpose:

• Collaborate on MDM Strategy for various Business Units and Business Functions.
• Partner with countries and key business stakeholders to identify changes in business and draft end user stories.
• Consult with architects key business stakeholders service providers and IT management in design planning integration expansion problem determination and resolution.
• Take ownership of innovation through sustain product release & strategy including third-party providers.
• Drive investigations gain support and implement MDM technologies that can provide business value.

Accountabilities:

• Design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks (Spark PySpark)
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data
• Work with Delta Lake and lakehouse architecture on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Ensure data quality integrity and compliance with governance and GxP standards
• Collaborate with data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Implement CI/CD version control and automation best practices
• Monitor troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability
• Ensure adherence to data privacy security and regulatory standards

Preferred Education Behavioral Competencies and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in IT or a related field & 5 years of experience in working with MDM technologies and solution design.

• 47 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in Databricks (Spark Delta Lake workflows)
• Advanced proficiency in Python SQL and distributed data processing
• Experience with AWS and Airflow (S3 DAG Lambda )
• Ability to design end-to-end data solutions and optimize performance
• Experience working in regulated environments (pharma/healthcare preferred)
• Mentoring junior team members and driving engineering best practices
