Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in AWS-based data platforms and modern data engineering technologies. GRRP Grade B8.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with data pipeline development and management and Strong hands-on experience with Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio (SMUS).
- Good experience with AWS services including AWS Glue Amazon S3 Amazon EMR AWS Athena Airflow Dag s Strong proficiency in Apache Spark and Spark SQL.
- Experience in designing and optimizing large-scale data processing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Knowledge of data modelling performance tuning and data optimization techniques.
-Good to Have Working experience with Snowflake and hands-on experience with Python for data engineering and automation.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles and Experience with data lake and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have 68 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
