Role: Data Engineer
Work Mode: Remote
Experience: 6 years
Technical Interoperability Skills:
Healthcare-Specific Data Tooling: Hands-on experience with specialized healthcare data extraction and normalization tools specifically dcm2bq for DICOM metadata vectorization PACS/VNA archive integration and zero-hallucination automated medical coding pipelines (ICD-10 CPT FHIR/HL7 standards).
GxP & Regulatory System Validation: Proven capability to design and implement GxP-compliant and 21 CFR Part 11-adherent architectures for automated regulatory document drafting and quality control (AROS).
Model Context Protocol (MCP) in Health Contexts: Deep familiarity with building custom MCP toolsets and secure agent orchestration layers over siloed clinical and biopharma data ecosystems.
