Linux Administration

ECM Concepts (Metadata Retention Lifecycle)

DevOps Tools (Maven / Gradle)

Preferred Skills:

Content lifecycle & governance experience

Agile methodology exposure

Strong debugging & performance tuning skills

Required Skills:

IBM Sterling OMS (Order Management System) OMS Production Support & Troubleshooting Incident & Problem Management Strong understanding of Order Lifecycle processes ServiceNow / Jira or similar ITSM tools Production Support Experience in enterprise environments Good communication & stakeholder handling
