Data Analyst III, Packaging Compliance

Createa reliablepackaging-compliancedata and reporting capability by gatheringvalidatingreconcilingand combining information from multiple internal and external sources. Convert raw packaging data into repeatable customerdistributorand authority-ready outputs with clear assumptions sourcetraceabilityand quality controls while adapting the data model to newjurisdictionsand future requirements.

• Extract and reconcile packaging data from SAP/BI reports Excel files contract manufacturerssuppliersand other approved systems.
• Build repeatable datasets and reporting workflows that combine product material suppliermarketand packaging-component information.
• Prepare Declarations of Conformity reports with packaging weights for EPR reporting recycled-content summaries material-reductionprogressand design-optimization analyses.
• Track emerging packaging regulations with Regulatory and Sustainability teams translate new obligations into data requirements and update reporting models and templates.
• Perform quality checks investigategapsand coordinate corrections across Packaging Engineering Operations ProcurementITand external partners.
• Maintain version control reporting calendars audit trails and supportingevidenceso outputs are reproducible and defensible.
• Develop dashboards showing completeness deadlines compliance risks packaging-weighttrendsand reduction opportunities.
• Standardize templates and automate recurring work where practical without compromising control.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Data Analytics Information Systems Business Statistics or a related field.
• 4 years of data analysis BI reporting or master-data experience in manufacturing supply chain product or compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query pivot tables lookupscleansingand structured models.
• Experience with Power BI or a comparable tool; ability to work with SAP-derived data and large imperfect datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data transformation; experience with automation tools for consolidating data performing quality checks and streamlining recurring reports is an advantage.
• Strong analytical judgement attention to detail documentationdisciplineand stakeholder communication.
• Professional English and effective collaboration across global teamssuppliersand contract manufacturers.
