Job & Division Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst with 23 years of experience in SQL Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Qlik. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills handson experience with cloudbased big data platforms and the ability to clearly communicate insights to Product Managers and other business stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive datadriven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights that support product and business decisions.
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to retrieve manipulate and validate data from multiple data sources.
• Use SQL/Python for data cleaning transformation analysis and automation of recurring analytical tasks.
• Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau or Qlik.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to understand business problems define metrics and translate data findings into clear recommendations.
• Present analysis trends and performance metrics to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Work with big data technologies and cloud platforms GCP to process and analyze largescale datasets.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes reporting efficiency and analytical methodologies.
• Support adhoc analysis and deep dives to answer critical business questions.

Mandatory Skills

• 23 years of handson experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and analytical databases.
• Good working knowledge of Python (Pandas NumPy etc.) for data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau or Qlik.
• Practical experience working with big data environments and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly articulate insights results and recommendations to Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in crossfunctional teams in an agile or fastpaced environment.

• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
