. Cybersecurity GRC & Risk Specialist

About The Job:

• Drive cybersecurity governance risk management compliance control assurance and executive reporting.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and maintain the cyber-risk register.
• Define and monitor cybersecurity KPIs/KRIs.
• Map controls against NIST CSF ISO 27001 CIS Controls and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate internal/external cybersecurity audits.
• Conduct third-party/vendor cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Manage security exceptions and risk acceptance.
• Establish control-testing methodology and track remediation.
• Prepare dashboards for senior management and Board-level reporting.
• Support business continuity cyber-resilience and regulatory assessments.
• Coordinate cybersecurity governance forums.
• Support incident governance and post-incident risk assessments.
• Integrate IT/OT/cloud risks into enterprise risk management.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience

• 7-12 years cybersecurity GRC/risk
• NIST CSF and ISO 27001
• Cyber risk assessment
• Audit/compliance
• Third-party risk
• KPI/KRI reporting
• Executive communication
• Manufacturing/OT preferred

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP CISA CRISC ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer or equivalent.
