Cyber Security

Sapphire IQ is seeking a Cyber Security Intern to join our team. This is a remote internship opportunity within the cyber security industry designed to give you practical exposure to cybersecurity practices.

As a Cyber Security Intern you will assist in identifying vulnerabilities monitoring security systems and implementing safety measures across our online infrastructure. You will collaborate with experienced professionals and mentors on meaningful projects that protect our users and data. The stipend for this internship ranges from 5000 to 15000 depending on performance and contributions.

• Assist in monitoring security systems and responding to alerts
• Conduct vulnerability assessments on company applications
• Support the implementation of security policies and procedures
• Perform research on emerging cyber threats and attack vectors
• Help maintain documentation for security incidents and findings
• Collaborate with the team to strengthen platform security
• Participate in regular security audits and compliance checks

• Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity IT or a related field
• Basic understanding of network security firewalls and encryption
• Familiarity with common security tools (e.g. Wireshark Metasploit)
• Knowledge of operating systems like Windows and Linux
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
