Job Summary
Customer Support Inbound Voice
Location: Infopark Kochi
Recent graduates with above average communication skills only
Qualification:Graduation (Mandatory)
Work Mode: On-site Night Shift Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international voice calls
- Provide customer support with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain service quality standards and resolve customer queries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance metrics
- Adapt to rotational schedules and maintain process compliance
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (mandatory)
- Recent Graduates (2025 pass-outs) with exceptional communication skills
- Strong fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Ability to work effectively in night shifts
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
