We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Greenlight Hub team in Bangalore as Customer Support Specialists. This role is central to empowering new driver partners by delivering exceptional in-person support guiding them through onboarding and equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. As a key member of our operations team you will play a vital role in shaping the driver experience ensuring smooth onboarding resolving issues efficiently and fostering a positive brand presence. The ideal candidate is a self-driven communicator with a passion for helping others strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. This is a temporary contract position with potential for extension offering a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing mission-driven organization.
Experience: 0-1 year
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality in-person support to driver partners during onboarding and ongoing operations.
- Guide new drivers through the onboarding process and introduce them to essential tools and resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve driver-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting the companys values and building enthusiasm among drivers.
- Stay updated on company processes tools and policies to ensure accurate and consistent support.
- Collaborate with the Driver Operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil.
- Graduate degree.
- Proven ability to handle in-person interactions with empathy patience and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset when addressing challenges.
- Highly organized self-motivated and team-oriented with a passion for empowering others.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
