Location: Thane

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for our client based in Thane. The role involves handling customer interactions over calls related to banking services and retail outlets ensuring quick resolution of queries while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.
• Provide information and support related to banking services and retail outlets.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately update call details and customer information in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: HSC or Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).
• Residency Requirement:
  • Candidates must have their own house or rented accommodation (with a valid rent agreement).
  • Candidates staying with relatives are not eligible.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Day Shift)
• Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off
