Job Description – Customer Service ( Female Staff )

Position: Customer Service

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates can apply

Working Days & Timings
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Sunday: Half-day working during exhibitions as required.
Festival Period: Sunday working may be required depending on business requirements.
Candidates should be flexible to work during exhibitions and festivals.

Time : 11:00 Am to 7:30 Pm
Location : Satellite Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Serve tea/coffee to customers when required.
Fold arrange and maintain sarees properly.
Assist in displaying and organizing products in the store.
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the store.
Support the team in day-to-day store activities.

Required Skills:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Polite and presentable personality.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Basic understanding of customer service.
