Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.- Experience in designing and developing data integration workflows and transformations.- Strong knowledge of data extraction transformation and loading processes.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing jobs for performance and reliability.- Familiarity with database systems and query languages to support data operations.- Capability to work within agile development environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
