Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Spark.
Experience with distributed data processing and real-time analytics using Apache Spark.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to optimize and troubleshoot large-scale data processing workflows.
Familiarity with integrating Apache Spark with various data storage systems and cloud platforms.
Competence in writing efficient maintainable and scalable code within complex software environments. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Spark.
