We are lookimg to hire Customer Relationship Manager for Bhiwandi Warehouse with 3years of exprience into Logistics / 3PL / Contract Logistics and Warehousing.

Brief details as follows :

1. A customer relationship manager (CRM) in a warehouse is responsible for maintaining and improving customer relations.

2. Customer Data: Collect analyse and use customer data to identify patterns and insights.

3. Customer experience: Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

4. Customer interaction: Analyse customer interactions and implement communication strategies.

5. Customer Complaining:- resolved customer complaints quickly.

6. Customer Retention: Develop and execute strategies to retain existingcustomers.

Skills/Knowledge:

Should have computer knowledge excel Computer & good typing skillsCustomercustomer coordination/keyaccount management/customer relations skills.

Minimum experience of 3 years

Educational Qualification: Graduate.

Location:

Industry: Contract Logistic/Warehousing / 3PL Companies.
