Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive creator supply strategy to build a diverse pipeline of creators across categories platforms and audience segments for AAC Brand x Creator collaborations.
Identify recruit and onboard high-quality creators (influencers content creators publishers) who align with advertiser needs and campaign objectives.
Build and maintain deep relationships with creator talent agencies multi-channel networks (MCNs) creator management firms and independent creators.
Negotiate partnership terms commercial models and collaboration frameworks that drive mutual value for creators and advertisers.
Develop scalable processes and playbooks for creator vetting onboarding and ongoing engagement to ensure supply quality and reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product sales campaign management and analytics teams to align creator supply with advertiser demand signals.
Monitor industry trends emerging platforms and shifts in the creator ecosystem to proactively identify new supply opportunities.
Define and track key supply-side metrics (creator activation rate fill rate diversity index retention) and drive continuous improvement.
Represent AAC at industry events creator summits and partnership forums to strengthen brand presence in the creator community.

About the Role
This is a high-impact 0-to-1 role where you will be instrumental in shaping the creator supply foundation for AACs Brand x Creator business. You will work at the intersection of the creator economy and advertising building the supply engine that enables brands to discover collaborate with and activate creators at scale. The role requires a builders mindset deep industry credibility and the ability to move fast while maintaining quality.
- 4 years of B2B sales experience
- 7 years of selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing) experience
- Experience building customer relationships
- 10 years experience working within the creator/influencer marketing industry with demonstrated depth in creator ecosystem dynamics.
- Strong existing network and relationships across the creator economy including talent agencies MCNs creator platforms and independent creators.
- Proven track record of building and scaling creator or talent supply for a marketplace platform or brand collaboration business.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Experience negotiating commercial partnerships and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform supply strategy and measure outcomes.
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- MBA or Advanced degree
- Experience in the Indian creator ecosystem with knowledge of regional and vernacular content creators.
- Prior experience at a creator platform talent management agency MCN or influencer marketing company.
- Familiarity with programmatic or marketplace-based creator collaboration models.
- Experience working with advertising or media businesses and understanding advertiser needs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous fast-paced environments and build from 0 to 1.
