Job Summary
Customer Adoption & Enablement
- Design and deliver engaging Discovery Workshops with enterprise customers (Heads of Creative Brand Marketing Design and Content Operations) to uncover current creative workflows identify pain points and map Firefly and Creative Cloud capabilities to specific business use cases
- Lead Enablement Workshops and hands-on training sessions for creative marketing communications and content teams across customer organisations ranging from individual team sessions to large-scale Day formats
- Develop customer-specific enablement plans in collaboration with CSMs tailored to the customers industry team structure and maturity level with tools
- Guide customers from initial awareness through to confident self-sufficient use of Firefly generative AI features including Text to Image Generative Fill Generative Expand Text to Video and Creative Production workflows
- Build and maintain a library of workshop templates use-case playbooks and demo assets relevant to key verticals in India including Media & Entertainment BFSI Retail and Technology
- Identify customers with strong transformation potential and flag expansion or upsell opportunities to the relevant CSM and account team
- Work as an integrated partner to the CSM team - attending customer meetings QBRs and account planning sessions where creative enablement expertise adds direct value
- Support CSMs in preparing for high-stakes customer conversations by providing product demonstrations workshop proposals and competitive positioning on creative AI tools
- Co-own adoption milestones and usage metrics for assigned accounts contributing to CSM-led success plans with specific enablement commitments and timelines
- Participate in internal deal reviews escalation discussions and planning where Firefly or Creative Cloud adoption is a risk or opportunity factor
- Act as the voice of the Indian enterprise customer back to product teams - systematically capturing feature requests friction points and competitive gaps (e.g. indemnification third-party model access localisation needs) and channelling them through the appropriate product feedback mechanisms
- Participate in beta programmes and early access trials for new Firefly and Creative Cloud features providing structured feedback that reflects the needs of enterprise customer base in India
- Firefly credit consumption growth and monthly active usage growth across assigned accounts
- Workshop and enablement session volume (Discovery Enablement per quarter)
- Customer-reported proficiency improvement and NPS from enablement sessions
- Number of documented use cases and workflow transformations per account
- Creative Cloud feature adoption breadth (number of products actively used per customer)
This role is not a pre-sales solutions consultant and does not own revenue targets. It is not a training coordinator who delivers standardised content on a schedule. It is a creative practitioner who happens to work in a customer success context someone whose authority in the room comes from genuine expertise with the tools not from a slide deck.
