About the Role:
This is a rare chance to join a close-knit high-performing People team spanning the Asia-Pacific region. As Country Business Partner based in Noida youll be the go-to HR leader for your local market while working shoulder-to-shoulder with talented peers across APAC from Singapore to Beijing Brisbane and beyond.
Reporting to the APAC Senior Director of People Delivery and Employee Relations youll translate global People strategy into real-world impact shaping culture enabling leaders and driving an exceptional employee experience. You wont be a remote outpost; youll be a valued member of a genuinely collaborative regional team that supports and invests in each others success.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Partner with business leaders as a trusted HR advisor turning people insights into practical solutions that accelerate local business goals.
- Lead employee relations matters end-to-end guiding managers through complex workplace situations with confidence and care ensuring compliance with local employment law.
- Drive People programs champion the rollout of global and local HR initiatives including engagement surveys and change management.
- Champion culture and belonging embed company values act on engagement data and foster an inclusive workplace where people do their best work.
- Shape policy and practice partner with Centres of Excellence to design people policies that are locally relevant legally sound and consistently applied.
- Influence without authority navigate a global matrix partner across time zones and bring regional leadership along on the journey.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
ESSENTIAL
- 6 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven employee relations expertise
- Strong knowledge of Indian employment law
- Track record partnering with business leaders
- Experience in a matrixed global environment
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
DESIRABLE
- 2-3 years in a dedicated HRBP role
- Masters degree or MBA
- Professional HR certification (SHRM CIPD or similar)
- Experience in publishing technology or professional services
- Exposure to APAC multi-country HR
