We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Counter Sales (Male) in Trichy Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail / Food & Beverage sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Attend customers at the sales counter professionally.
- Recommend sweets cakes and bakery products.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and product display.
- Replenish stock on shelves and counters.
- Assist customers with product information.
- Coordinate with kitchen/store staff for stock availability.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service Handle customers courteously.
- Counter Sales Manage retail counter operations.
- Cash Handling Perform billing and cash collection.
- Communication Skills Interact effectively with customers.
- Product Knowledge Understand sweets and bakery products.
- POS Billing Software knowledge
- Upselling techniques
- Retail store experience
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Typical: 02 years of experience in retail sales bakery supermarket or food outlets is preferred.
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Typical)
- Preferred: Any Diploma (Typical)
- Additional: Retail or Customer Service training (Typical)

Operational Management: Collaborate with the store manager to develop the team effectively. Manage sales targets minimize waste and maintain adept stock management. Scheduling and Maintenance: Ensure efficient team scheduling and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Address in-store maintenance and emergency issues promptly and efficiently. Standards Compliance: Uphold food safety standards and confidently manage DM & AD standards during inspections.
