Job Summary

Prepare and cook a variety of meals including breakfast lunch and snacks adhering to diverse dietary requirements and preferences. Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner maintaining high standards of taste presentation and quality. Manage kitchen inventory including ordering receiving and storing food supplies efficiently to minimize waste. Maintain a clean organized and hygienic kitchen environment strictly following all food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with the team to plan menus incorporate seasonal ingredients and introduce new and innovative dishes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook preferably in a corporate or institutional setting for a mid-level position. Strong understanding of various cooking methods ingredients equipment and procedures. Excellent knowledge of health safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP principles). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated reliability punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary certification or diploma is highly preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional cooking experience. Valid food handlers license or equivalent certification. Proficient in basic computer applications for inventory management (optional but a plus). A creative approach to meal planning and an ability to adapt to varying culinary needs.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
