This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination trading processing and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.

Job Purpose and Impact

This position will be responsible for coordinating and executing contract administrative activities for a subset of suppliers customers and this role one will also focus on continuous improvement for the contract execution administration process and identify and deploy solutions to constantly improve the contract management processes.

Key Accountabilities

Trades Reconciliation (40%):

  • Follow for trade recap with commercial if required.
  • Follow for trade supporting with commercial / counterparty if required.
  • Find out if any discrepancy/ies between trade recaps and trade supporting.
  • Coordinate with commercial to correct any discrepancies.
  • Complete administrative and clerical tasks for the supply and delivery process related to the execution of purchase and sale commodity contracts as well as for shipments and inventory management.

System Entries & Drafting Long Form Contracts (35%):

  • Enter contracts pricings futures rollovers and amendments in ERP
  • Verify entries in ERP where necessary
  • Draft contracts and amendments
  • Upload for commercial to Esign
  • Participate in continuous improvements for the contract execution process area and provide recommendations ideas and plans to local and functional management.

Counterparties Management & Archiving (25%):

  • Send contracts to counterparties
  • Follow for countersigned contracts
  • Escalate to commercial in case of non-receipt of countersigned contracts.
  • Collaborate with the business team to ensure coordinated tasks are completed efficiently to support business objectives.
  • On daily basis update: Dashboard and MIS Sheet.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Archive necessary supporting in share folder / open text.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Send contracts to counterparties and follow up for countersignature. Follow Escalation Matrix in case of non-receipt.
  • Collaborate with the stake holder Trade Execution Accounting Report to Record Lay time Legal Commercial and Trading Desk.
  • On daily basis update: Dashboard and MIS Sheet.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Archive necessary supporting in share folder / open text.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience
  • Good and effective communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Planning & Network management competencies
