Job Summary

The Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) Team at UKG delivers contingent workforce solutions that
support hiring teams suppliers and contingent talent globally with a focus on operational excellence
compliance and stakeholder experience.
This role reports to the Contingent Workforce Business Program Manager II in India and supports the
transition of contingent recruitment headcount tracking compliance and operational activities from the
MSP to the internal UKG team. You will partner with global CWP stakeholders India-based hiring
managers suppliers and HR to ensure seamless and compliant operations.

About the Role

This role manages day-to-day recruitment and operational processes for Indias contingent workforce
including requisition management supplier coordination hiring workflows onboarding and compliance.
You will ensure data accuracy across systems drive timely hiring execution and support reporting
audits and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Program Advisory and Governance
Partner with hiring managers to determine the appropriate engagement model (staff augmentation
SOW or full-time) based on business needs
Provide guidance on policies including rate cards tenure limits and conversion rules
Identify and correct process deviations to ensure adherence to CWP governance standards
Recruitment Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end contingent hiring in Simplify including requisition review approvals and status
tracking
Conduct intake calls with hiring managers and suppliers to validate job details and expectations
Ensure job descriptions are complete before release and manage requisition distribution to suppliers
Track approvals and follow up with managers HRBP and Finance to prevent delays
Candidate Review and Interview Coordination
Review supplier submissions within defined timelines and update statuses with clear feedback
Manage duplicate submissions and candidate ownership in alignment with SOPs

Coordinate interviews scheduling and feedback collection maintaining accurate system records
Offer Management and Onboarding
Coordinate candidate selection validate rates and create offers in Simplify
Manage approval workflows and ensure completion of required documentation (NDA CoC BGV)
Complete onboarding in UPS including rehire checks and data validation
Partner with IT facilities and security to ensure Day 1 readiness
Communicate onboarding details to stakeholders and maintain joiner tracking
Supplier and Vendor Management
Enforce adherence to contingent hiring processes across suppliers
Address performance or compliance issues and partner with vendor leadership as needed
Compliance Data Integrity and Financial Governance
Ensure all activities align with SOPs local regulations and data protection standards
Monitor headcount assignment end dates and tenure limits; support extensions as needed
Perform rehire and data validation checks across systems prior to onboarding
Maintain accurate records of compliance documentation and approvals
Validate rate cards cost centers and financial inputs; ensure proper approval workflows
Identify and mitigate compliance risks and take corrective action on gaps
Reporting and Process Support
Generate and maintain reporting on headcount requisitions onboarding and extensions
Reconcile and validate data across systems to ensure accuracy
Analyze hiring activity and trends to support decision-making
Escalate delays discrepancies and compliance risks to leadership
Support SOP updates process improvements and system enhancements

About You

Required Qualifications:

Experience in contingent workforce staffing operations or HR coordination in India
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and supplier management
Proficiency in VMS tools (Simplify or equivalent) Excel ServiceNow and HRIS systems (e.g. UKG Pro)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage high-volume work with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated problem-solving critical thinking and ability to operate in ambiguity
Experience enforcing process and influencing stakeholders without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of contingent workforce compliance in India (rate cards BGV tenure limits)
Experience supporting MSP transitions or large-scale workforce programs
Reporting and data analysis experience (PowerBI or Excel)
Exposure to global contingent workforce tools or EOR providers
