Job Summary

Develop and lead content strategy across social media websites blogs emailers campaigns

and digital platforms

Write high-quality engaging and business-relevant content for health tech wellness and

healthcare audiences

Create product communication campaign messaging storytelling narratives and brand

positioning content

Work closely with growth design and performance teams to improve content performance.

Measure content performance through defined KPIs and analytics metrics across platforms

Develop strategies to optimize content effectiveness continuously audience engagement

and marketing spends/budgets

Drive educational awareness-driven topical and conversion-oriented content initiatives

Maintain consistency in brand tone communication style and positioning across all

Stay actively updated with trends healthcare conversations consumer behavior and topical

content opportunities relevant to the business

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns in coordination with creators agencies

and internal teams

Collaborate with doctors product teams and marketing stakeholders to create impactful

healthcare communication

Build content formats optimized for both brand-building and performance marketing

objectives

Requirements

47 years of content/brand communication experience

Strong writing and storytelling skills

Experience with healthcare wellness or consumer brands preferred

Understanding of social media and digital content trends

Ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts into engaging communication
