Content & Growth Marketing Intern

Novetum is looking for a Content and Growth Marketing Intern to support our content creation and social media efforts for a 6-month in-office internship.

This role is execution-focused. You will help create repurpose and distribute content across channels including with the support of AI tools. You will not be expected to own full strategy from day one but you should be eager to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Write and assist in creating blog posts social media content and marketing copy for platforms such as LinkedIn and others.
  
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats including posts carousels and short-form pieces.
  
• Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and on-page content edits.
  
• Create simple visuals using Canva or similar design tools.
  
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
  
• Track and report on basic content performance metrics including views and engagement.
  

• Good writing skills clear simple and well-structured communication.
  
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and how content performs on them.
  
• Willingness to learn SEO fundamentals and content marketing practices.
  
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT and Canva or a willingness to learn them quickly.
  
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on work rapidly.
