Container Sales Compliance Specialist

• Assist the Compliance Manager in conducting routine compliance checks and audits of container sales transactions and customer files
• Review customs documentation for completeness and alignment with internal policies and approval requirements
• Monitor activities to identify potential compliance risks control gaps or policy irregularities and escalate as needed
• Support customer onboarding governance including due diligence and documentation checks
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings compliance reviews and supporting documentation
• Assist in preparing compliance reports dashboards and status updates for stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal Tax Finance Sales Customer Service)
• Support audit readiness and help ensure accuracy and quality of compliance documentation
