- Overall 5-6years of experience
- Own team delivery priorities timelines and quality.
- Provide technical direction and remove blockers.
- Set goals coach engineers and manage performance.
- Coordinate dependencies and communicate risks.
- Support hiring onboarding and team development.
- 1-2 years of experience in people management
- 3-4 years of Core development experience
