The Team

• Support and co-lead GCC and GBS strategy engagements including business case development and operating model design.
• Develop value creation frameworks covering innovation talent capability building productivity and business impact.
• Conduct location assessments talent landscape evaluations workforce planning and scalability analysis.
• Design governance frameworks service delivery models and capability roadmaps for global organizations.

• Design and operationalize innovation charters governance structures and performance management frameworks.
• Develop KPI dashboards success metrics and executive reporting mechanisms to measure business impact.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives through process optimization automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive capability assessment exercises and future-readiness evaluations across engineering and business teams.

• Leverage analytics dashboarding automation and AI tools to improve operational effectiveness and decision-making.
• Support digital transformation programs through process redesign workflow optimization and technology adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to embed digital capabilities into operating models.

• Manage client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Facilitate governance reviews steering committee discussions and executive workshops.
• Lead workstreams independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Drive project execution ensuring quality timelines and measurable outcomes.

• Support proposal development solutioning and client presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership market research benchmarking studies and capability-building initiatives.
• Develop strategic insights through industry analysis ecosystem research and market intelligence.

• 35 years of consulting strategy transformation GCC or operating model experience.
• Bachelors degree from a Tier-1 institution; MBA CA CMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in GCC/GBS strategy operating model design innovation programs or transformation initiatives.
• Strong exposure to governance design KPI frameworks business case development and stakeholder management.
• Experience conducting location strategy assessments capability evaluations talent strategy or workforce planning exercises.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements and drive independent workstreams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
• Exposure to digital transformation automation AI-enabled workflows analytics or innovation programs.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional global teams.
• Ability to develop points of view research reports benchmarking studies and thought leadership content.
• Prior experience in consulting GCC advisory innovation strategy operating model design or enterprise transformation is preferred.

• Experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations GCCs or innovation offices.
• Exposure to technology retail healthcare pharma fintech or digital transformation ecosystems.
• Knowledge of AI automation low-code platforms analytics and emerging technology trends.
• Demonstrated leadership through project ownership mentoring or cross-functional team coordination.
