Job Purpose

The Consultant is a team member of the Global Services (PS) business unit. They are responsible for delivering assigned tasks in Energy Components upgrades implementation and enhancement programs.

What You Will Do:

• Participate in projects like Implementation Testing Support and Upgrade Services around the Hydrocarbon accounting using Energy Components
• Demonstrate the technical skills such as PL SQL Java and drive improvements for technical skills required for successful delivery.
• Delivering assigned tasks quality timely delivery and documentation. This includes proactively collaborating with team members to overcome any technical challenges and roadblocks.
• Participate in team stand-ups and retrospectives to report issues discuss improvement ideas and share knowledge
• Participate in client conversations with the help of SMEs
• Understand and follow Quorum process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years. Of IT experience
• Should have understanding/working experience in EC (Energy Components) or relevant products in Hydrocarbon Management
• Good database skills (PL SQL) including writing functions/procedures converting and managing large sets of data and troubleshooting issues
• Basic understanding about Oil & Gas domain - Upstream/Midstream
• Highly flexible good team player demonstrate passion for EC/Oil & Gas domain - Upstream/Midstream.
• Demonstrated ownership of own commitments to high-quality software deliverables and customer experience
• Fluent in English both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering technology or other analytical discipline
• Development or deployment experience working in an Agile environment

Nice to Have:

• Reporting skills like Jasper Power BI Yellowfin and testing skills will be added advantage
• Prior experience in Energy Component product upgrades or implementation or support
• Exposure other IT products in Oil & Gas upstream space

• Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
