Job Role CRM Developer (Sales)
Location Pune India

Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and deliver Salesforce solutions independently across complex CRM landscapes
- Lead development across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud Service Cloud) and Revenue platforms including CPQ / Revenue Cloud.
- Implement advanced automations (FLOW etc) custom development (Apex LWC) integrations and reporting
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines version control environment strategy and release management
- Understand of the data governance and other initiatives across Salesforce orgs and legacy systems
- Ensure solutions meet scalability performance security and data governance standards in a financial services context.
- Help usher use of LLM lead development and other AI tooling
Required Experience & Skills
- 58 years of hands on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise across Core Clouds and Revenue Cloud ecosystems
- Strong proven hands on expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and OmniStudio
- Hands on experience with: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud CPQ / Revenue Cloud (mandatory)
- Strong command of Salesforce data models security architecture performance tuning and large data volume best practices
- Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines Git based version control and automated release management
- Prior exposure to financial services fintech or payment processing environment
