Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to manage on-site execution coordination and reporting for ongoing construction and interior projects. The role involves working closely with client teams contractors and internal engineering teams toensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Site supervision and coordination with client teams
• Site planning along with material requirement estimation
• Quality control and adherence to site standards
• Preparation of daily/weekly site reports
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower materials and equipment at site
• Follow and promote site safety practices and company procedures
• Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues at the site

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
• 13 years of experience in site supervision construction or civil project coordination
• Good understanding of civil construction activities drawings and site execution
• Knowledge of material planning quality control and site documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project timelines
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and construction documentation preferred
