ROLE: CONFLUENT KAFKA DEVELOPER

We are looking for an experienced Confluent Kafka Developer with strong expertise in real-time data processing Kafka ecosystem components connectors and Apache Flink.

MANDATORY SKILLS

5 years of experience with Confluent Kafka in critical/247 applications

Strong expertise in designing real-time data processing solutions using Kafka

Hands-on experience with Kafka Brokers ZooKeeper Kafka Connect Schema Registry & Flink

Expertise in configuring Confluent Source & Sink Connectors

Strong experience in writing Apache Flink code for real-time use cases

Experience handling complex/non-structured data including Nested JSON & Avro

Good experience with AWS Cloud especially S3 Lambda & RDS

Strong troubleshooting incident management problem management & RCA skills

Ability to document Kafka best practices standards and provide technical guidance to teams

GOOD TO HAVE

Confluent Kafka Certification

Experience working with large-scale highly available Kafka environments

Strong understanding of streaming and event-driven architectures
