Job Title

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Linux Administrator to manage maintain and support enterprise Linux server infrastructure. The role involves operating system administration patch management vulnerability remediation automation troubleshooting and ensuring platform stability security and compliance across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Perform OS vulnerability remediation in accordance with organizational security policies.
• Monitor system performance availability and capacity; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve Linux operating system incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Support server provisioning decommissioning and lifecycle management activities.
• Implement and maintain automation using Shell Scripting Ansible and other configuration management tools.
• Manage user accounts permissions sudo access and authentication integrations.
• Support storage file systems LVM NFS and SAN-related activities.
• Troubleshoot server application network and performance-related issues.
• Participate in major incident response root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
• Ensure compliance with security audit and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with application database network cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to maintain platform stability.
• Maintain operational documentation SOPs and knowledge articles.

Required Skills

• Strong administration experience in Linux operating systems (RHEL preferred).
• Experience with Linux patching kernel updates and OS upgrades.
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting (Bash) and automation tools such as Ansible.
• Understanding of system services processes networking and performance tuning.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis.
• Knowledge of security hardening and vulnerability remediation processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.

Preferred Skills

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or RHCE certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP).
• Experience with infrastructure automation and self-healing solutions.
