**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes portion sizes and presentation standards
• Assist senior chefs and kitchen staff in all food preparation and cooking operations
• Maintain cleanliness organization and proper sanitation of assigned workstation and equipment
• Follow all food safety hygiene and health protocols to ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Support mise en place activities and ensure all ingredients are properly prepared before service periods
• Assist with food plating garnishing and presentation under the guidance of senior culinary staff
• Rotate through different kitchen stations to develop comprehensive culinary skills and knowledge
• Monitor food quality temperature and consistency reporting any issues to supervisors immediately
• Maintain accurate inventory of assigned station supplies and communicate restocking needs
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
• Respond promptly to feedback and coaching from senior chefs to improve culinary techniques
• Support special events banquets and service requirements as assigned by kitchen management

Qualifications :

**Required Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or culinary environment
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)
• Proficiency in basic knife skills and food preparation techniques
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg regularly
