ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Transformation Manager to support a large-scale commercial transformation initiative across the AMEA region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Map document and analyze end-to-end commercial processes across markets

Identify opportunities for process simplification standardization and optimization

Translate transformation objectives into actionable implementation plans

Collaborate with Data Governance Change Management and Business Unit teams

Engage with Sales Branch and Head Office stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption

Track milestones prepare governance reports and resolve implementation issues

Support seamless execution of SAP S/4HANA and o9 transformation programs

Develop executive presentations dashboards trackers and business reports
