Commercial Lead, Aviation

Purpose

Lead all commercial contracts procurement cost management claims and financial administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish commercial governance and controls.
• Administer contracts and commercial obligations.
• Lead change management claims and dispute avoidance activities.
• Oversee budgeting cost forecasting and financial reporting.
• Manage procurement and commercial evaluations.
• Monitor commercial risks and mitigation plans.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of commercial management experience.
• Minimum 8 years in a lead commercial role on major projects.
• Extensive experience with EPC design-build and major infrastructure contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract forms claims and contract administration.
• Membership of RICS CIArb or equivalent professional institution preferred.
