Job Description:

Manage multiple luxury bag brand stores within the assigned cluster.
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly & yearly revenue targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and premium client experience.
Monitor store operations stock availability and visual merchandising standards.
Analyze sales reports KPIs and business performance data.
Maintain luxury brand image and operational standards across all outlets.
Handle customer escalations and build long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams for promotions and launches.
Ensure proper inventory control loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
