The Skills that are Key to this role - Technical / Behavioral
Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online SharePoint Teams and OneDrive tailored to organizational needs.
Administration: Manage user accounts permissions and licensing ensuring optimal performance and security of Microsoft 365 applications.
Troubleshooting: Monitor system health troubleshoot technical issues and provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 services.
Data Migration: Migrate data from onpremises or legacy systems to Microsoft 365 ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Automation: Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Security and Compliance: Implement security measures compliance policies and data loss prevention strategies to protect organizational data.
Collaboration: Work with cross functional teams to assess business requirements and recommend best practices for Microsoft 365 solutions.
Training and Support: Provide enduser training and technical support to enhance user experience and productivity.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations processes and procedures related to Microsoft 365 services.
The Expertise Were Looking For
Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: 3- 5 years.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration with a solid understanding of cloud technologies.
