Job Description

Job Summary

  • Responsible for providing expert clinical and technical applications support for CT imaging systems to Wipro GE Healthcare customers ensuring optimal system utilization and customer satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site and remote applications training for customers on GE CT systems including advanced imaging techniques and post-processing applications.

  • Provide timely and effective technical and clinical support to resolve customer issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to demonstrate product capabilities to prospective customers and participate in pre-sales activities.

  • Develop and deliver customized training programs based on customer needs and clinical workflows.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends new product developments and clinical advancements in CT imaging.

  • Document all customer interactions training activities and support cases accurately and comprehensively.

  • Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer needs and product improvements.

  • Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical and technical expertise.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology Medical Imaging or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting.

  • Good understanding of CT physics imaging protocols and post-processing techniques.

  • Prior experience with GE Healthcare CT systems is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel extensively to customer sites.

  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
