WHO YOU ARE:
As a Client Services Analyst you will play a key role in delivering Zinnias software platforms and business solutions to our clients. This role serves as a primary liaison between clients internal delivery teams and implementation leadership ensuring client requirements are clearly understood documented and successfully delivered. You will be responsible for requirements analysis documentation solution design and client support throughout the implementation lifecycle while fostering strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Manage and coordinate all client communications (internal and external) for assigned accounts ensuring timely updates and effective issue resolution
- Develop a strong understanding of business objectives processes and products to support detailed analysis and resolution of client requests
- Gather and analyze client requirements define project scope and propose solution approaches
- Prepare documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
- Establish timelines and ensure alignment with delivery expectations
- Act as a bridge between clients development QA and other internal teams
- Provide clear functional guidance to technical teams
- Ensure requirements are accurately translated into deliverables
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering development support testing coordination and deployment
- Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously ensuring prioritization and timely execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery across different workstreams
- Support clients with pre- and post-launch activities including readiness checks issue resolution and optimization
- Proactively identify risks dependencies and improvement opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
