Clarify CRM Solutions Engineer (ClearBasic)

Our client is a global technology leader with 18 years of delivering enterprise solutions across finance banking fintech utilities and insurance. The team blends deep technical expertise with innovative strategies to support digital transformation for global clients.

This role is part of a growing in-house global Clarify CRM engineering team that manages Amdocs Clarify systems.

We are seeking an Intermediate Clarify CRM Solutions Engineer with proven expertise in ClearBasic programming. You will work directly with a small onshore team while helping to expand and strengthen the offshore capability. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building features supporting enterprise-grade CRM operations and ensuring system stability.

You will:

• Build and maintain Clarify CRM features using ClearBasic.
  

• Fully manage Amdocs Clarify systems in collaboration with the global team.
  

• Troubleshoot optimize and enhance applications without altering the base Clarify CRM itself.
  

• Support business-critical operations across multiple regions and time zones.
  

System Maintenance & Feature Development

• Maintain Clarify CRM legacy systems with ClearBasic scripting.
  

• Design and implement new features aligned with business needs.
  

• Troubleshoot technical issues resolve data inconsistencies and optimize performance.
  

Collaboration & Support

• Work with onshore stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  

• Document fixes enhancements and best practices for future scalability.
  

• Provide knowledge transfer to future hires as the team grows.
  

Team & Growth Contribution

• Partner with senior engineers and managers to help scale an offshore Clarify/Amdocs engineering team.
  

• Share input on process improvements and system modernization strategies.
  

• About 2-6 years of experience with Clarify CRM systems.
  

• Strong hands-on expertise with ClearBasic programming.
  

• Good knowledge of database structures SQL and CRM integrations.
  

• Proven ability to troubleshoot debug and optimize Clarify-based applications.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with Amdocs environments.
