CJA Engineer

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate

Requirement:

• We are seeking a skilled and innovative Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Engineer to join our team.
• The CJA Engineer will play a critical role in designing implementing and maintaining analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and other relevant tools.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics integration and visualization with a focus on delivering actionable insights to improve customer journeys and business outcomes.
• Required Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Marketing or related field.
• 3 years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles preferably with: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Adobe Analytics Other analytics tools such as Google Analytics Tableau or Power BI Strong understanding of data modeling SQL and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. Hands-on experience with visualization tools to build dashboards and reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its components (e.g. Real-Time CDP Journey Orchestration).
• Familiarity with data integration tools such as Kafka Azure Event Hubs or AWS Glue.
• Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and decision science.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
