We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise the installation of modular roofing systems for industrial commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality execution timely project completion adherence to safety standards and effective coordination with clients contractors and internal teams.

• Supervise on-site installation of modular roofing products.

• Plan execute and monitor daily site activities.

• Coordinate with clients architects contractors consultants and project teams.

• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct site measurements and prepare material requirements.

• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.

• Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Prepare daily weekly and monthly site progress reports.

• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.

• Verify bills measurements and work completion records.

• Coordinate with the manufacturing and logistics teams for timely material delivery.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower equipment and materials.

• Attend client meetings and provide project updates.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and steel/modular roofing installation.

• Ability to read and interpret civil structural and fabrication drawings.

• Good understanding of project execution and site management.

• Knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel MS Office and AutoCAD.

• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 2–5 years of site execution experience in industrial sheds PEB structures roofing or construction projects.

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

• Experience in modular roofing systems PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) metal roofing industrial sheds warehouses factories commercial buildings or residential roofing projects will be an added advantage.
