Job Summary
Design & Drafting: Prepare detailed site plans layouts and blueprints using CAD and 3D modeling Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure adherence to approved structural drawings.
Software: AutoCAD 2D/3D MS Project and structural analysis : Deep understanding of local building codes safety regulations and zoning Skills: Strong communication conflict resolution and the ability to work both in an office and outdoors.
