Job Summary
Civil Design Engineer conceptualizes models and develops detailed structural blueprints for infrastructure and land development projects. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create site plans perform technical analyses and ensure all designs meet safety regulations before construction ResponsibilitiesDesign & Engineering: Create detailed drawings grading plans and structural models using CAD and analysis Analysis: Perform critical calculations for hydraulics soil stability and structural & Safety: Ensure all plans align with local building codes industry standards and environmental : Prepare technical reports cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for procurement and Support: Conduct site evaluations and provide field engineering support to resolve design discrepancies during QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred for specialized roles).Software Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit or Skills: Strong mathematical problem-solving and spatial reasoning : Ability to work closely with project managers surveyors and external clients.
Required Skills:
Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
