Act as the central control and repository for all data processes knowledge and performance reporting for the function. Support gap identification improvement initiatives and ensure Material and CAPEX control through coordination and project monitoring.

1	Data and Documentation Management	as the custodian of all project data reports analyses presentations and review documents. as the single point of contact for deployment figures including deliveries turnaround time (TAT) and conversion percentages. timely and accurate reporting of project metrics up to hand over take over (HOTO).
2	Project Governance and Performance Reporting	and present key performance dashboards to support governance and leadership reviews. key result areas (KRAs) for the function and monitor achievement against defined goals. in periodic meetings with project managers and customers to review progress and highlight critical issues. the corporate new build team in periodic target consolidation review and reporting. in partner governance meetings ensuring stage-wise partner performance and project delivery reviews. sign-offs track billing and support resolution of customer-reported issues as part of customer governance.
3	Material and CAPEX control	the material and capex controller in day-to-day tracking and control activities. with the supply chain team for material and resource planning ensuring timely availability of critical components. capex budgets utilization and variances against approved plans. deviations and support corrective actions through structured data insights. with the zonal project manager to reduce wastage by monitoring capital work in progress (CWIP) and hold sites.
4	Process Compliance and Audit Readiness	as the single point of contact for all process documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) workflows and standard templates. process non-compliance or deviations to circle teams for corrective action. and ensure governance risk and compliance (GRC) and internal financial controls (IFC) compliance including closure of related action points. internal and external audit findings and ensure timely closure of action items. IT tool-related issues to support process compliance and smooth circle operations.
5	Support Process Improvement and Gap Identification	recurring process issues and improvement opportunities through data insights. implementation of corrective and preventive actions including automation of repetitive or manual processes across projects. and coordinate special projects or cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely tracking and reporting.
