Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• CA Qualified: Minimum 10 Years

  Salary Range: 15 to 25 Lakhs per annum
  

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial strategy planning and management of the organization. The role requires strong leadership in financial operations risk management compliance and business decision-making to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

• Lead the organizations financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes
  
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
  
• Oversee accounting operations financial reporting and audit processes
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations tax laws and financial standards
  
• Manage cash flow working capital and capital expenditure planning
  
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
  
• Monitor financial performance analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
  
• Lead internal controls risk management and corporate governance frameworks
  
• Coordinate with external auditors banks and financial institutions
  
• Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency across departments
  
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team
  

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
  
• MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
  
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations taxation and compliance frameworks
  
• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles
  

• Strategic financial planning and analytical thinking
  
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  
• Expertise in financial modeling budgeting and forecasting
  
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
